  • Original Artwork: Must be shipped in original protective packaging; insurance is required.

  • Consumables & Tools: Brushes, pens, paints, paper pads, and solvents must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Final Sale Items: Custom-cut paper, clearance items, and custom picture frames cannot be returned.
